When trying to use the routing capability on GeoAnalytics , we get the next message: "QVX_SYNTAX_ERROR: Route request failed with error: 400, Could not find route service 'default.18.6'."

Cause
Route service unable to start due to lack of resources on the server or incorrect settings for the JVM when allocating memory.
Resolution
Most probably the root cause of this error is the route service it can be started, it is important to check the next:
- Has the GeoAnalytics server enough memory? It needs at least 16 GB of free memory.
- Could be that the problem relies on the memory set for Java, please refer to this article https://support.qlik.com/articles/000044172 in there we have some steps on how increase the allocated memory (GeoAnalytics Server: Error creating route engine. Not enough memory to load route graph).
- Please verify If the GeoAnalytics server runs on the same machine as Qlik Sense(this is not recommended, please try to split these)
