Is this possible to define a static string for the user directory for JWT authentication ?

Resolution
Yes, in the same way than for SAML authentication, this is also possible to use a static string by putting it in square brackets, for example: [MYDOMAIN]
The missing info message for JWT attributes was added in Qlik Sense June 2019. See the June 2019 Release Notes for details on QLIK-94627.
