Qlik Sense: Duplicate of Bundled extensions are removed when restarting the Qlik Repository Service

Description

You may want to duplicate bundled extensions and create a modified version of it.
However, you will notice that duplicates of Bundled extensions are removed when restarting the Qlik Repository Service.

Environments:

Qlik Sense Enteprise November 2018 and higher

Resolution

This is because Qlik Sense will check the bundled extensions and remove what does not match.

A workaround is to modify the following fields in the qext file of the extension:
