NPrinting 16.* does not delete old recipients from import task

When importing a mailing list that is changing, the old recipients remain in the filtering.

Cause
It is not possible to remove filters itself with a recipient import in current Nprinting. Filters can be removed from the recipients but they remain in the Filters list.
Recipients will be deleted only if they were created by the same import task. Filters will not be deleted automatically because a filter could be used by other users or tasks or reports. You must delete filters manually in order to be sure that the deletion will not caused that reports will be created unfiltered. Filters can be removed from the recipients but they remain in the Filters list in the .nsq
Resolution
