On-demand app error: The template has too many bound values for the standard approach

Description: 

When using the ODAG selection app it may happen that you get an error message like "The template app has too many bound values for the standard approach in the bind variable [variable name]. Consider using inline table strategy instead." when you try to generate a new template app.

Cause: 

This error happens if you try to bind a large number of selections from a field.

Solution: 

1) First make sure that you don't have any bind variables defined in the comments. Remove  any bind variables used in comments (for more information regarding to this please check the mentioned link from the help site above).

2) The mentioned link above explains in the section "Binding a large number of selections from a field" that you have to use the INLINE LOAD statement instead of LET.

--> The binding should then be written using an INLINE table to create a structure for the field values that will load regardless of the number of values.
