Turning on Database traffic encryption causes AppDistributionService Error "SSL off"

Encrypting database traffic as documented on the Qlik Sense Online Help in Deployment Security or based on Qlik Sense - Setting up database traffic encryption, fails.
The following errors are captured in the AppDistributionService Trace log file:
Retry attempt: 10/10. Previous result: 28000: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "<HostIP>", user "qliksenserepository", database "SenseServices", SSL off.

Resolution
App Distribution Service is utilised for Qlik Sense Elastic and the error can be ignored if Qlik Sense Elastic is not deployed.
This has been addressed in Qlik Sense February 2019. See the relevant Release Notes for details on item QLIK-91393.
