After an upgrade or fresh installation of a QlikView Server cluster, one or more nodes are shown as Off Duty.
The QlikView Server Event logs read:

This is being investigated as a possible defect. Reference ID QV-16657.
Workaround: As the root cause of this is suspected to be the engines responding in too quick succession, restarting the host operating system and delaying the start of the QlikView Server services may help.
Alternatively, disabling IPv6 has been observed to show stability improvements.
