Join UsVerify the certificate was issued to the correct FQDN during the install. If there is a mismatch, reinstall Qlik Sense and during the install process modify the server name to the actual server FQDN.
Example:
If you server´s network adapter has been configured with a fixed IP address by your IT support department, and, if this IP address in fact corresponds to another DNS name of your environment, Qlik sense will populate automatically during the installation the wrong server name, as the installer is looking for a DNS name resolution.
In that case, if you keep the wrong server FQDN and follow up on the installation, your Qlik Sense certificates will be issued automatically with a wrong FQDN.
This will provoke error 500 when trying to access QMC.
To resolve this, you will need to remove your current installation, do it again, and modify the server name to your actual server FQDN
