Nprinting 16 - Cannot schedule job

In NP 16, sometimes after a day of sending multiple reports the Nprinting hangs.

Cause

Disclamer:

can not reproduce, issue is random

Resolution

Restarting the Nprinting Service helps.

In NP-192 R&D can not reproduce the issue either. But upgrade to later version is suggested.

- Also if macros exist in any of the QVWs, the macro should be allowed to run in the background service with the following attributes (If prompted as follows in the background (NPrinting server service account) service, select 'allow safe macros' and click 'OK'. Performing this task once will allow all other macros in other documents to open safely as well.)

-Configure the default template, output and temp folders on both NP designers and NP server to ensure consistent relative path structures between server and clients.
