Task(s) Stuck in Queued State - \_InUse.!!! in Distribution Serve Root Log

In QlikView 12.30 IR and SR1 if the task's name has a space as the last character the task remain on queue and an error is flooding the QlikView Distribution Root log as below:

Cause
This is a known defect in version QlikView 12.30.
The InUse message usually indicates a locked file, however in this case is triggered by a defect in the product.

Resolution
Workarounds:
- This issue is resolved by upgrading to Qlikview 12.30 SR3 and 12.40 IR releases.
- Issue can also be resolved by removing the space at the end of the task name
