Lef expires banner in QMC

When we open the QlikView Management Console (QMC) we can see an orange banner saying:
Lef expires DD/MM/YYYY
- QlikView 12.30
- Expired Lef file
Your maintenance support period has been expired. Find an example below:
Update your license information hitting on the "Update License from Server" button or updating the LEF file if you do not have internet. So, the new LEF information is extracted for your new maintenance contract. If QlikView Publisher is licensed, be sure to apply the Publisher license as well. Afterwards, restart the QlikView services.
If you are using version 12.40 note that there is a new service called Qlik Service Dispatcher and the admin account needs to be applied in order to resolve the issue.
NOTE: Be sure to check the Publisher license key as well. If the Publisher LEF has expired it will also display the orange banner. You will need to update License as well.
If your have not renew your maintenance contract this is expected and working as designed.
