QMS and QDS connection broken due to Windows Patch KB4480957

This article explains how Windows Patch KB4480957 affects the connections between QMS and QDS.
Scenario: When using QMC, it shows QDS service is not running. When remote from server, Distribution Service is running fine.
Temporary workaround is to restart QlikView services and change the user login for DSC. However, if there was a Windows Patch KB4480957 installed, this may have caused an issue with the Security settings from the server.
Recent fix has been provided for this via new Windows Patch KB4487354
