The REST connection does not work - Faulting application name: QvRestConnector.exe

The REST connector is logging some errors on the Windows Applications logs and the monitoring apps do not load new data. Plus, you cannot create any new REST connection and the REST connection options do not load in the HUB.

On the Windows Application log we can see the following errors:
