Version Control - BinaryAlternateStateStates encrypted property

Using:

• QlikView 12.20SR7 (also tested with 12.30 IR)
• Apache Subversion as SVN server
• and TortoiseMerge as merge tool
  each time we merge the diffs to the repository server, we have a diff in AllProperties.xml in the <BinaryAlternateStateStates> property, even if we do not alter anything in alternate states configuration. The string under this tag is encrypted in base64 encoding and the developer can't understand which version should keep between "theirs" and "mine" version. Partner is requesting for an intelligible representation of the changes between the diffs in <BinaryAlternateStateStates> property.

We noticed that the value of the <BinaryAlternateStateStates> property changes when we change a selection in the dashboard, and commit changes.

At the moment, we found the issue only when alternate states are enabled. We also found that there is one more property encoded in base64 in AllProperties.xml: called <TextualAlternateStateStates>, but this one doesn't get modified when commit changes.
