Install bundled extensions from a Qlik Sense patchExtension bundles

In Qlik Sense November 2018, Bundled Extensions can be installed from the installation file (.exe).
Currently it is not possible to install Bundled Extensions from a patch, if from example a user wishes to upgrade from Qlik Sense November 2018 to Qlik Sense November 2018 patch 1 or patch 2.
