Nprinting Cannot Email Reports to a Specific User

Nprinting is not able to send reports to a particular user, a review of the logs shows:
Error while sending a message. Retrying to send
(the message repeats as nprinting appears to be attempting to relay the message)
Finally, it shows a failure:
Error while sending a message (Unable to relay )
Using the 'Send test E-mail' button to send a test message to the email address in question is successful.
Also, the SMTP server logs show no record of the Nprinting server trying to relay a message to the email.

- NP 16
- NP 17
- NP 18
Cause
Each NPrinting recipient must contain a unique email address
Resolution
Search the recipients list in Nprinting for the email address in question, if there is more than one recipient using the same email address, one of them must be removed.
