The QlikView Management Console shows a service or multiple services as disconnected.
Navigating in the management console prints an error on screen.
The QlikView Server statistics may not be displaying correctly.
The following error is printed on screen and in the QlikView Management Service log files:

Verify if all services are set up to use the correct service communication.
- Possible methods are the Windows QlikView Administrators Group or Certificate trust.

Ensure the service URL for the service is using http protocol, not https, and that the server name is not a fully qualified name.
- In the Management Console navigate to System > Setup > SERVICE > SERVICE@ServerName > General
- Example: http://qlikserver1:4730/DSC/Service vs https://qlikserver1:4730/DSC/Service
Verify if a Login name and password have been configured in the individual service settings. If so, remove it.
