Environment:
Qlik NPrinting Server 17.0 and newer
NPrinting Engine logs may show the following message occasionally:Qlik.NPrinting.Engine 17.5.0.0 Qlik.NPrinting.Engine.Consumer.RequestBuffer 20190122T050000.149+00:00 WARN CSAP2508 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 Request's priority was 50. It will be set to 10 (highest priority).
Cause
The NPrinting Engine uses a job priority mechanism to orchestrate different report and metadata tasks. This message indicates that a particular task has received the highest priority (likely because the system is not busy or has enough resources to process all other tasks).
Resolution
These messages can be safely ignored during log audit / monitoring.
