QlikView Desktop "Remember Login Credentials until QlikView Exits" setting ignored when doing Open in Server

Since upgrading to QlikView Desktop (QV.exe) November 2018 users are requested to autenticate on Section Access every time they open a server app.
The setting "Remember Login Credentials until QlikView Exits" (CacheLoginInfo=1 in the settings.ini) is ignored. It was working fine in 12.20.
The issue only affects Opening in Server. When opening local files everything works as before.

Environment:

QlikView Desktop 12.30 (November 2018), IR and SR1

This was reported to R&D with ID QV-16409 and it was finally assessed as a bug.

The issue has been fixed in the code, and the fix release is planned for inclusion in QlikView April 2019 (12.40)
