QlikView versions 11.2 and 12.0 wrote reload / document log timestamps in local server time and created filenames with local server time.

From QlikView 12.10 on, the timestamp in the logs continued to be local server time, while the filenames were generated using UTC time.

In 12.30 a change was implemented aligning the behavior. Both log timestamps and filenames are now recorded in UTC time. This change only affects document reload logs. Task logs and service log files remain unchanged and continue to log in local server time.

Environment:

QlikView , 12.10 and higher

Resolution:

As of QlikView April 2020 (12.50) release, this behavior is changed and logs are all recorded in the Server time not UTC
