Performance logs did not include the header when rolled. If QVS is configured to roll logs this may be disabled or configured to roll less frequently as a workaround. The root cause is still under investigation as it could not be reproduced in a controlled fashion by Qlik.
Resolution
Workarounds: 1. Copy the header from another performance logs (or below) and past on the one missing it. Header: Exe Type Exe Version Server Started Timestamp EntryType ActiveDocSessions DocSessions ActiveAnonymousDocSessions AnonymousDocSessions ActiveTunneledDocSessions TunneledDocSessions DocSessionStarts ActiveDocs RefDocs LoadedDocs DocLoads DocLoadFails Calls Selections ActiveIpAddrs IpAddrs ActiveUsers Users CPULoad VMCommitted(MB) VMAllocated(MB) VMFree(MB) VMLargestFreeBlock(MB) UsageCalBalance CacheHits CacheLookups CacheObjectAdded CacheBytesAdded CacheTimeAdded CacheReplaced
2. If QVS is configured to roll logs this may be disabled as a workaround as well to prevent/minimize the issue recurrence.
