Tasks fail and abort with: Distribution to resources failed with errors
The following is recorded in the task log:

- Verify if the User Document (target file) is not locked by another process or one of the QlikView nodes. Process Monitoring - How to find locked files and the processes locking them
- Check if the QlikView server nodes are still available (network connectivity)
- Verify that the QlikView server services are alive and responding
- Review resource usage on the QlikView Server nodes. If the QlikView Server is unable to respond in time due to CPU or memory starvation, connection attempts will time out
