Table and/or charts could display minus zero (-0) as value for avg

On a straight table column that is decimal and the format is set to 'Simple' and '1,000', when the value is between -1 and 0, then '-0' is displayed and minus zero is not a correct number.
- Expected result is 0.
- Actual result is -0
Rounding, to Rangemax, to Max does not provide a workaround.
