Qlik Sense June 2018 setup fails while installing Service Dispatcher. The following error is logged in the log file %temp%\Qlik_Sense_September_2018_20181022132630_015_ServiceDispatcher.log
File C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\AppDistributionService\Configure-Service.ps1 cannot be loaded. The file C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\AppDistributionService\Configure-Service.ps1 is not digitally signed. You cannot run this script on the current system. Cause
In June 2018 and higher, Dispatcher service installs ADS (App Distribution Service) which requires certain powershell scripts to be invoked by Sense installer. Looking at the error above, the execution of Powershell (PS) script had failed due to restricted PS execution policies on the server.
Resolution
Set the Powershell (PS) execution policy to an appropriate level so as to allow execution of powershell script required to be run by Qlik Sense installer. See this link for more details on different PS execution policies.
