Cause
There is an issue with Qlik NPrinting June 2018 and Idle Sessions.
The issue is due to a session expiration on the NPrinting Qlik Sense resolver (a resolver is a QlikView/Qlik Sense data connector).

Resolution
Please perform the below procedure to fix the Error Message:
Stop Scheduler and Engine service for NPrinting
Open C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\NPrinting\Scheduler\scheduler.config
Open as Administrator
Add below option to end of the file just before the invalid selection
<add key="force-unused-resolvers-closure-policy" value="1" />
Save as .config not as .txt file
Start the Scheduler and Engine service
Stop Scheduler and Engine service for NPrinting
Open C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\NPrinting\Scheduler\scheduler.config
Open as Administrator
Add below option to end of the file just before the invalid selection

Save as .config not as .txt file
Start the Scheduler and Engine service
