If you upgrade form NPrinting 17 to NPrinting 18 and your server has very low disk space, the upgrade is going to complete without any errors or warnings but then you will not be able to connect to the managment console.
For example :
If your Database was of 1.5 gb prior to the upgrade you will then end up with a database of about 34kb that does not contains anything.
Not detemined yet, this being worked on by our R&D department in order to improve the installer of future releases.

Revert to the NPrinting version that you had previously installed and restore the database backup you had.

Then free up some space until you get decent capacity as per general Windows recommendations and proceed to upgrade again.
