Option 'Satellite_mercator' missing from Base Map list

The GeoAnalytics map option 'Satellite_mercator' is sometimes missing from the Base Map menu list.
This is sometimes not present in GeoAnalytics February, June and September 2018.
Cause
Bug: GEO-1100
This is a bug and the fix should be targeted for Qlik Sense November 2018.
Resolution
User can get the option "satellite_mercator" available after reloading web page in the drop down list.
In addition to that, if a second reload will be performed (with satellite_mercator selected) the user might end with the following error:
Could not load base map satellite_mercator from https://maps.qlikcloud.
Then the option "satellite_mercator" is not available any more.
