Oracle connector fails to load tables containing column of Timestamp with Time Zone datatype. The connector fails with the following error message:
Environment:
SQL##f - SqlState: S1C00, ErrorCode: 4294967295, ErrorMsg: [Qlik][DSI] An error occurred while attempting to retrieve the error message for key 'OCITimestampTimeZoneNotSupported' and component ID 101: Message not found in file "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qlik\Custom Data\QvOdbcConnectorPackage\oracle\ErrorMessages\en-US\OCIMessages.xml"

Resolution
Fixed in:
This has been addressed in Qlik Sense February 2019. See the relevant Release Notes for details on item QVXODBC-1425.
Workaround:
Use Oracle Provider for OLE DB as a generic OLE DB connection in Qlik Sense. Note that generic ODBC connection using Oracle OraClient ODBC driver may also fail with error ErrorMsg: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]Driver not capable.
