Join UsVerify if an account is logged on to the AccessPoint. The user name will be displayed in the top right corner. If Anonymous is displayed, no authentication was done. In this case, verify if the QlikView Server license has Session CALs available.
In the QlikView Management Console, navigate to System > Licenses
Click on the Client Access Licenses tab
In the General tab, an overview of available CALs will be displayed
In the Assigned CAL tab, users with CALs will be listed.
Verify that the account with the issue has a CAL assigned.
In the User Documents overview in the QlikView Management Console, select the .qvw document/application
Verify that a Document CAL is available or assigned.
