Setup of Qlik Sense June 2018 on Windows 7 hangs during service dispatcher setup

Windows 7 is supported OS for installing Qlik Sense June 2018 however powershell version of Windows 7 needs to be upgraded to 4.0 for setup to complete. Windows  SP1 has Powershell (PS) version 2.0. When you try to install Qlik Sense June 2018, it will remain stuck while installing Service Dispatcher. 

The last few lines in the log file %temp%\Qlik_Sense_June_2018_nnn_nn_ServiceDispatcher.log contains below:

Qlik Sense June 2018 requires at least Powershell version 4.0 to install correctly.

Upgrade the Powershell to atleast version 4.0
