Is it possible to see the layout of a dashboard even though you have no access through Section Access?

Section Access has been applied to dashboards. However, Users would like to see the layout of the dashboard even though according to the section access they have no access. When opening the dashboard the user gets 'Access Denied' pop up. Is there a way to get access to the dashboard even if the user does not have access to the data?

Resolution
In QlikView this is not possible. However what can be done is to do a massive data reduction and provide a meaningless value to the object then the other users could see the objects and the layout (containing meaningless data).
In Qlik Sense the user that has Administrator privileges can open the Application without Data.
