b) If you have the App Name but not the ID, you can located it in the QMC by showing the ID column and finding App ID corresponding to the App you need to provide (e.g., "1b4765ed-029e-46a5-b830-7819bf9091f0").
2. Navigate to your Apps shared folder (as defined in the QMC > Service Cluster > App folder)
3. Locate the corresponding file matching the App ID. Provide the extension-less file, not the .lock file. (e.g., "1b4765ed-029e-46a5-b830-7819bf9091f0" and NOT "1b4765ed-029e-46a5-b830-7819bf9091f0.lock")
