This article explains whom to contact to get a new Not-For-Resale (NFR) license key and also how to extend an NFR license if it is expired.
- For a new license, please contact or coordinate with the Partner Sales Manager (Account Owner).
- If the NFR license is expired (the license may contain a TimeLimit "tag" in the LEF) it cannot be extended and a new license key needs to be issued instead through the Partner Sales manager.
If the contact details of the Account Owner are unknown, log a case with Customer Support through Support Portal.
