Join UsLocate the centralized logging.config file and check if LoggingToFileEnabled is set to false, if so set to true and re-save the file.

The physical log files should now be generated as before.
If you cannot locate a QlikCentralizedLogging.config, then Centralized Logging is not configured. No log files being created in this case would indicate that the services are either not starting correctly or that the service account does not have the correct permissions.
