Port 4242 was blocked for the proxy or virtual proxy address that is performing authentication.
- If you have multiple virtual proxies in use, you must ensure that port 4242 for the proxy server or virtual proxy server address is open for the virtual proxy address that is performing authentication.
- Open the Qlik Sense QMC and check your virtual proxy list to determine which is used for Authentication purposes.
- Make sure that port 4242 is open as per the ports documentation as per the link below
