AccessPoint properties such as Category, View as, Attributes, and Favourites are not saved

The QlikView AccessPoint allows for preselections to be made, such as what Categories to display, which Attributes to sort by, or how the AccessPoint should list documents (tile or list). These settings are stored in a browser cookie. If this cookie cannot be written or is discarded on browser close, the settings are lost.

Verify that cookies are not being discarded/cleared on browser close.

Cookies will not transfer between browsers or clients.

Note that individual document Favorites are not saved in the cookie, but stored with the QlikView document in the corresponding .META file.
