NPrinting. Why do recipients of an email not see others in the To list?

• A basic and very common use of NPrinting is the application of User level filters
• When a Group is used in the list of Selected Users in a Publish Task, NPrinting extracts all the individual users in that group and applies their User filter. This therefore requires a separate email for each individual user as the report for each can be potentially different (based on the user level filter)
• Sometimes users do not have User level filters. This does not change how NPrinting behaves. It will still create separate reports for each user in the group as there *could* be a User level filter
• CC & BCC is just a list of email addresses that will get a copy of all the emails generated in that Task. Note that there is no To list in NPrinting tasks - only a drop-down with the option to choose Selected users or Selected users and CC/BCC.

In other words: All recipients whether individual or in groups in the list of Selected Users in the Publish Task will each get an individual email (appropriately filtered for that recipient by applying any user filters/or no filter applied if there is none - so each email's contents/attachments will potentially be different). That is why the receiver will not see any other recipients in the email client "To" field. Not having User level filters will not change this - NPrinting will continue to work the same.

In summary: The number of emails sent will necessarily be the same as the number of recipients in the list of Selected Users in the the Users/Groups tab. So, for example, if there are five members in a group,  there are five separate emails generated, each to a different recipient and each copied to the list of email addresses in CC/BCC. So Recipients get one individually filtered email - those in CC/BCC get all five.
