Qlik GeoAnalytics error "Failed to parse config file"

Description
In Qlik GeoAnalytics, while importing Enterprise data packages using service.xml from a local folder, we receive an error message "Failed to parse config file". Even after unchecking and checking the service that prompts with this error, we still do see this error message.
Steps to replicate this issue:- 1. Open Qlik GeoAnalytics server using server url as below, http://localhost:80/admin 2. Go to "Service Administration" 3. Click on "Browse" and select the enterprise data package 4. Select "services.xml" file to load the enterprise services package 5. Check the services one by one to load needed services for Geo operations from the enterprise data package
Cause
Older version of Enterprise data package is installed on the server
Resolution
Two different versions of Enterprise data package are installed on the server and to resolve this, select the older version of Enterprise data package version and click on "Remove"
1. Open Qlik GeoAnalytics server using server url as below, http://localhost:80/admin 2. Go to "Service Administration" 3. Select all services that belong to older version of Enterprise data package 4. Click on "Remove" at the bottom of the page to remove these services
