After creating a supporting task to make a copy of files, the task fails with error The process exited with non-zero ExitCode (4).

Specifically, the code error 4 means: The system cannot open the file.
If you are using native command xcopy in your batch we recommend to check the following:
Is the QlikView Distribution Server as the QlikView Distribution Service account has
- Access and permissions to the source and destination folder
- Access and permissions to every single files in the source folder
We recommend to first try to run your batch file from the QlikView Distribution Server as the QlikView Distribution Service account to verify that it works before running it from the Supporting Task
