- Register for a Qlik Account.
- After Qlik Account activation, proceed to login at Support Portal. The system will automatically assign portal access upon login.
- If it is your first time logging into the Support Portal, you may need to login directly via the "Login" option on the top right of the page.
- Once you are successfully logged in, you should see the "My Account" section on the top right of the page and the "Welcome" text on in the middle/left of the page.
Note: If it takes too long, a message prompt will display “We could not verify your access at this time. Please submit a case to Customer Support and provide your Qlik Account username for further assistance.”

Should this happen, please login from Support Portal as a "Guest" user (sample as below) and provide your Contact information, specifically your Qlik Account username.
