When using a subscription based license, which contains a line starting with PRODUCT;SUBSCRIPTION;, Qlik Sense Mobile users get a error saying "You cannot access the selected server because you don't have an access pass". Access via Safari works fine. Environment:

Verify that you have the latest version of the License Enabler File (LEF) on the server. Refresh it by entering serial and control number, or, if the server has limited internet access use the article How to generate a License Enabler File (LEF) in the Support Portal to get the latest one. Note: If you still have the line PRODUCT;SUBSCRIPTION In the LEF, please contact Customer support to get a new license generated, Qlik Sense iOS Mobile App: "You cannot access the selected server because you do not have an access path" due to PRODUCT;SUBSCRIPTION tag in LEF
