Users lose access to QlikView documents on the AccessPoint, and / or are removed from the Authorization tab visible in the User Documents listing.

A QlikView Publisher is licensed
Permissions were granted based on the User Documents list. The User Documents Authorization list did not align with the Source Document (Distribution Task). The .META file was updated with incorrect information, and users lost access.
NTFSIf NTFS security is being used, Users may have been given permissions directly on the File System
DMSUsers have been added to the Authorization tab visible in the QlikView Management Console > Documents > User Documents > Authorizatoin Tab on each individual document
Set permissions correctly in the Distribution list, and redistribute the document.
