In the QlikView AccessPoint, you experience an issue where the Thumbnail of your application(s) appears and disappears on a simple browser refresh.
Sometimes you will see the Thumbnail completely blank, sometimes you will get "No Preview Available"
and sometimes the thumbnail appears as expected. Environment

This situation may occur if there were changes to the thumbnail configuration in specific documents prior to being published. Configuration is under
QlikView Server may still be in the process of caching some thumbnails information or has not yet reached the thumbnails caching system routine which may have been interrupted by external factors.
Firstly check if related to what is documented under No Preview Available Thumbnail
In QlikView 12.10 SR6 and newer versions there is a setting to set the cache timeout. This may workaround issues where the refresh of the thumbnails may have gotten interrupted and left incomplete for external reasons. Please see QlikView - Document thumbnail not refreshing in Access Point
Otherwise, a restart of the QlikView Server service should trigger a reinitialize the thumbnails cache.
