Opening large documents on the QlikView AccessPoint fails with:
Session Lost
The QlikView WebServer log will read:
Warning Fail Connect to: servername Error:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 10.10.10.10:4747.

Insufficient Resources or Timeout reached
Monitor resource usage. If not enough memory is available, the document cannot be loaded.
