The access Point is not stable. The following error is seen: Warning Fail Connect to: servername Error:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 10.10.10.10:4747.
While accessing the AccessPoint, the document list never appears.
The new OpenAccessPointLoadBalancer and Unbalanced QlikView Server Clustering features have been implemented in the environment.
Item QV-13921 related to use of OpenAccessPointLoadBalancer and Unbalance QlikView Server settings together along with the new CPU with RAM overload QVWS load balance algorithm.
The issue was related to the use of the OpenAccessPointLoadBalancer setting and the Unbalanced QlikView Server clustering feature. The code was bypassing the proper QlikView Server meta file checks to determine if the applications were allowed or not on specific QlikView Server nodes. This explains why, occasionally, the apps loading on nodes not expected to load to is occurring.
This is resolved in the QlikView 12.20/November 2017 SR5 release.
