The method used for licensing QlikView Desktop is leased license.
You might see that QlikView Desktop is complaining about the license in the background even though you made sure to lease a license for the user running the NPrinting Server service.
It appears that there might be an incompatibility between the settings.ini for QlikView Desktop 11.20 and 12.20
- Stop any instance of QlikView Desktop running
- Go in C:\Users\User-running-NPServer\AppData\QlikTech\QlikView and rename/remove the file settings.ini
- Open QlikView Desktop and re-lease the license
- Run the report again
