Qlik Sense Mobile - When using VMWare Airwatch Tunnel the application stays Offline

When using VMWare Airwatch Tunnel users are experiencing connection disruptions. The application stays in "Offline" mode even if there is connection.
Restarting the application doesn't help.
Environments:
Qlik Sense Mobile April 2018 or higher
Cause
This behavior is as a result of a limitation identified with the VMware tunnel client/server. We have communicated this with VMware and a fix is being investigated and is expected to be included in the next release of the tunnel client/server (3.0.0).
Resolution
The workaround is to disable the VPN in the device settings and renabling it again every time the issue happens.
Permanent solution will require upgrading Airwatch Tunnel to 3.0.0, once it comes out.
