AJAX - Custom error not working for some chart

Description

The standard message "Calculation Condition Unfilled" is shown in Ajax instead of the message that was set for the calculation condition.

A calculated condition is added to a chart.
A custom error message is added in chart properties > General> "Error messages..."
This error message is correctly shown by QlikView Desktop.

Ajax shows the standard "Calculation Condition Unfilled" message instead of the customized one.

Environment:

QlikView 11.20
QlikView 12.00 and 12.10
QlikView 12.20 (November 2017) IR to SR3

Cause

This problem is due to a bug affecting QlikView 12.20 (QV-13476).
The bug is fixed in QlikView 12.20 sr 4.

Resolution

Upgrade to QlikView 12.20 sr 4 or to a higher release.
