The QMC is very slow to respond, even after a service restart. It may take several minutes to load the main task status page, and a "Processing Please Wait"
message may appear for extended periods. Additionally, the orange alert banner about some of the other services not being available may also appear. All services are running correctly and during this alert, no users report any issues with the AccessPoint. Environment:
- QlikView 12.20.20500 (November 2017) SR4 and older
- QlikView 12.20.20600 (November 2017) SR5
On the release above, the only time the QMS checks the machine to see if a user is a member of QlikView Admin, EDX, or QMS API groups is on startup of the service and then every 30 minutes.
