When installing Qlik Sense Enterprise, the installer will show that port 80 and/or 443 is being held by some service.
(Please see Qlik Sense Hub or QMC showing "Not Found HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found." if port 80 is blocked after installation of Qlik Sense)

- IIS Webserver
- Apache Webserver
- Windows Remote Management <WS-Management>
- Print Spooler
- Device Setup Manager
netstat -ano | findstr ":443, :80"
TCP 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING 4776 TCP [::]:80 [::]:0 LISTENING 4776
3. If this doesn't work, try running the following in cmd.exe:
net stop http /y
Now run the following in cmd.exe to recover http on the server after the install.
net start http
