Qlik Sense wrong ldap filter breaks down connection to QMC and HUBArticle Number: 000048389 | Last Modified: 2018/09/07
An invalid LDAP filter such as: (&(objectCategory=group) (&(cn=GROUP-*-QLIKSENSE-DEV*))) is added. The Group in this filter does not exist in the Active Directory.
Hit "Sync" in the UDC (User Directory Connector) for this connection
The Root admin logging to QMC from then on may receive the error message: Your account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it. Other users are not able to login to environment either.

2. Remove filter that sits in UDC connector: (&(objectCategory=group) (&(cn=GROUP-*-QLIKSENSE-DEV*)))
